9月25日(金)、1年生が大根の間引き体験を行いました。畑では、これまで育ててきた大根の葉が大きく成長しており、児童は植物の生長を実際に目で確かめることができました。

　当日は、農家の方から間引きの目的や方法について説明をしていただき、一人ひとりが実際に作業を体験しました。残す大根を傷つけないように、葉の様子をよく見ながら丁寧に間引くことができました。また、友達と声を掛け合いながら協力して活動する姿も見られました。

　今回の体験を通して、野菜が成長するためには、適切な世話や環境づくりが大切であることを学びました。実際に土や植物に触れる体験をすることで食べ物や自然への関心を深める貴重な機会となりました。（作成：１・２年チーム 畔蒜）

 

【First Grade】 Radish Thinning Experience
Our first-grade students took part in a radish thinning activity at a local farm. The radish leaves had grown well, giving the students an opportunity to observe the growth of the plants they had been caring for.
The farmer explained the purpose and process of thinning radishes, and each student had the opportunity to take part in the activity. The students carefully observed the plants and gently removed some of the smaller radishes so that the remaining plants could grow well. They also worked cooperatively, talking with and helping one another throughout the activity.
Through this hands-on experience, the students learned that growing vegetables requires proper care, attention, and suitable growing conditions. Working directly with the soil and plants provided a valuable opportunity for them to develop an interest in nature and the food we eat.
